Social Plug-in

Horizon Advisors SA uses so-called social plug-ins (hereinafter referred to as plug-ins) of social networks such as Facebook and linkedin.

When you visit our websites, these plug-ins are deactivated by default, meaning that they will not send any data to third parties without your intervention. Before you can use these plug-ins, you need to activate them with one click. The plug-ins will remain active until they are deactivated again or until the cookies are deleted. After activation, a direct link to the relevant social network server will be established. The content of the plug-ins is then transmitted from the social network directly to the browser and incorporated into the website.

We have no influence on the amount of data retrieved by social networks with their plug-ins. For information on the purpose and scope of the retrieval of data by the social network in question and on the rights and settings available for the protection of privacy, refer to the information on the protection of personal data of the social network in question.

After the activation of a plug-in, the social network can retrieve data regardless of any user interaction with the plug-in. If you have already logged into a social network, this can assign the visit to the website to the user account.

If the user is a member of a social network and does not want it to associate the data obtained from his visit on our website with the data relating to his subscription to the social network, he must log out of the social network in question before activating the plug-ins.
