Specifically, we assist our clients in finding the appropriate place, according to their needs, to set up their companies, both domestically and internationally. We follow the entire process of incorporating a new company to the creation of the corporate structure such as: the type of company, the corporate purpose, the board of directors, the opening of the bank account.
Upon request, we also take on roles of responsibility such as board members and provide domiciliation services, where necessary, both nationally and internationally.
Depending on the sector, we take care of all the paperwork for requests for any licenses/authorizations for the exercise of our clients' business.
Our services also include assistance in capital changes, transfers and company liquidation processes.
We also support our clients in drafting both corporate contracts (articles of association, organisational regulations, parasocial agreements) and customer/supplier contracts.

 

We follow companies from an administrative point of view from A to Z. We assist our clients in the search for qualified personnel, we follow, if necessary, the procedures for requesting work permits, we manage personnel and salaries, specifically, we take care of the various announcements to the authorities, we verify and assist, in the case of foreign qualifications, in the procedures for equivalence, we prepare the annual balance sheets, together with the tax returns. We also follow the procedures for requesting a VAT number, both national and international, taking care of the compilation of quarterly VAT reports. We offer assistance to customers who need to have tax representation in Italy or in other European countries.
